Amanda Ammann, geboren am 8. Januar 1987 in Uzwil (SG), wurde am 13. Oktober 2007 in Zürich zur Miss Schweiz gekrönt. Während ihrem Amtsjahr war sie das Gesicht diverser renommierter Schweizer Marken wie Jelmoli, Nivea, Balmain Watches und Vögele Shoes und stand für das englische Magazin «Vanity Fair» in London vor der Kamera. Im 2010 schloss sie das Studium der Internationalen Beziehungen an der Universität Genf mit dem Bachelor ab. Momentan studiert sie an der Universität St.Gallen «International Affairs and Governance» und ist weiterhin im Mode- und Showbusineß tätig. Amanda spricht fliessend Englisch, Französisch, Deutsch und Spanisch.

Born on 8 January 1987 in Uzwil (SG), Amanda Ammann was crowned Miss Switzerland on 13 October 2007 in Zürich. During the year as Miss Switzerland, she was the face of renowned Swiss brands like Jelmoli, Nivea, Balmain Watches and Vögele Shoes and was featured in the UK Edition of «Vanity Fair». In September 2010, she graduated from the University of Geneva with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations. She is currently studying International Affairs and Governance at the University of St. Gallen, while working in the fashion and entertainment industry. Amanda speaks fluent English, French, German and Spanish.
